This course of PG Diploma in HR & Administration will provide the candidate with the knowledge related to some of the core functions of HR as well as some functions of general administration.
Eligibility:
- Any Graduate
- Working professionals from HR and Administrative departments.
This shall be a work integrated PG Diploma in HR & Administration will be conducted over a period of one year and will cover 20 credits of classroom training and 20 credits of on the job training.
Examination:Students will be assessed on project work and a written examination that will be conducted at the end of the course.
Syllabus:The Post Graduate Diploma shall consist of four core courses covering the generic HR subjects and other one course covering the administrative area. These are, recruitment and induction, payroll & statutory compliance, performance management (performance appraisal), training & development, general administration.
